HAND DYING

R.K Hand Dyeing specializes in the dyeing of Viscose and Rayon fabric using a range of color shades or samples. This process is accomplished through two primary methods: “Tapela Dyeing” and “Jigger Dyeing.” Customers select their desired color shades from provided color shade cards to specify their preferences.

R.R Process

The R.R processes include bleaching units designed for Viscose and Rayon fabrics, employing two primary techniques: “Drum bleaching” and “Jigger bleaching.” These two methods play a crucial role in enabling the fabric to attain either a Center or Decca Finish in their final bleached state.

The first part of the image depicts Jigger bleaching, a continuous process where the fabric is rolled through a series of rollers filled with bleaching solution, resulting in even and consistent whitening.

The second part illustrates Drum bleaching, a method where the fabric is placed inside a rotating drum filled with bleaching solution. This machine ensures a constant tumbling action resulting in efficient whitened fabric.

R.K.Print (Table Printing Unit)
